So I was lucky enough to combine both for one of Switzerland's most successful Start-ups': Together with the founders and GM, I developed and implemented a new digital strategy & KPIs, ran their paid campaigns and orchestrated the digital part of all B2B Growth Hacking Campaigns.

Lead CRM | Marketing Data & Analytics for FREITAG

I got the chance to build some cool stuff for the pioneers of circular economy in Switzerland: Together with the communication team and an external developer agency, we developed the unique loyalty program "F-ederation" for one of Switzerland's most iconic brands.

I was also part of a β€œDigital taskforce” during the pandemic and co-lead the biggest paid media campaign to date with one of Switzerland’s leading agencies to boost online sales supporting the overall business.

You got to love FREITAG’s circular economy initiatives "S.W.A.P." (FREITAG’s global Tinder-style bag exchange platform) and "Gone with FREITAG" travel bag rental service. I for sure do and proudly took the lead for these campaigns.

I was one of the first 35 employees of On – today the world's fastest growing sports brand. (Yes, I was there when people still thought those cloud elements look β€œweird” and we were sitting on ping pong tables in a basement in Zollikon hoping for the best). I am proud and grateful to have kicked off my career in digital marketing in this inspiring team. As Digital Journey Manager & Team Lead I was responsible for CRM and email marketing, executing exciting product launch, loyalty and early-access campaigns (like the first-ever limited edition Cloud Edge, that sold out in 6 minutes), launching the On Ambassador program (now globally known as the R/O/C Crew) and growing a passionate, motivated and successful "Retention & Activation" team.
